Return and Refund Policy

At Hair Queen, we are committed to helping you achieve your hair goals. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time buyers. If you’ve used the product consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, we’ll refund you for one bottle of your order.

Refund Eligibility:

  • First-Time Buyers Only:
    • Refunds are available for one opened bottle per first-time purchase.
    • Additional bottles in the order must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Usage Requirement:
    • Customers must have used the supplement daily for at least 90 days to qualify for the guarantee.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Documentation:
    • Complete our refund request form, providing:
      • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
      • A description of how you used the supplement and why it didn’t work for you.
    • Attach photos of the bottle(s) and/or supplements if requested.
  2. Return:
    • Ship all bottles (opened and unopened) back to the address provided by our customer support team.
  3. Processing:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Conditions:

  • Refunds will only be issued for one bottle per first-time buyer.
  • Requests must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products returned after the 90-day window or without proper documentation are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
